Step 1: clap, clap, tap, tap, tap with hands on table.  Cup is upside down (opening of the cup face down on the table)

 

Step 2: clap, pick up cup with right hand on top of the cup (bottom of cup is facing up) and move it a little to the right about an inch.

 

Step 3: clap, twist right hand outwards facing the wall with your thumb down, pick up cup so it is on the outside of the right hand, tap top of cup (the open part) to the left hand in its open palm, tap bottom of cup on table (cup is still in right hand but with the opening of the cup facing up and hand is now facing inward with the thumb facing up), turn bottom of cup towards left hand (right hand is now palm up thumb facing out towards your right), grab bottom of the cup with left hand, put right hand on table and cross over the right arm with left hand and cup and pass to next player on the right.
