We will be collecting the following information: P& L Statements, Budget, Employee Policies and Manual, Recruiting and Retaining Policies, Orientation Design, Employee Satisfaction Survey Results (if you have not done one we can help you set that up), Training Goals and ROI’s, Customer Satisfaction Surveys, Branding & Marketing Goals to help determine the best course of action and training for improved people processes, change management, morale, retention, memorable customer service and increased sales. This initial assessment is free of charge (except the employee satisfaction survey) to any size organization (no matter how small or new, profit or not -for -profit).
After this assessment a custom step by step process in the consultancy and training programs will follow a process similar to the steps below but not necessarily all the steps:

All Employee Retreat to Discover Vision, Goals and Brand. We use Appreciative Inquiry and Corporate Story Telling at these 1-2 day events to discover the strengths, uniqueness and creative ideas from the employee base. This is not your typical visioning retreat which tends to be cumbersome and tiring. Instead the activities are fun, energetic with deep level discoveries of what employees truly feel and believe about the company and its future. We will deliver a results document that indicates what was discovered about the company with ideas on Brand, Vision, Mission or how to build on the Brand, Vision, Mission. |
